MathKit โ€” Version 1.0 โ€ข Last updated: 2025-08-17

This Privacy Policy explains how MathKit handles information. MathKit is an offline-first app โ€” we prioritize user privacy and do not collect personal information.

MathKit does not collect, store, or transmit personal information such as name, email, phone number, or device identifiers by default.

  • No analytics: We do not embed analytics SDKs or track in-app behavior.
  • No personal data: No login, no user accounts, no remote profiles are required for core features.

All operations happen locally on the device. MathKit is designed to work offline so your data never leaves your device.

  • Local calculations: Solver and formulas run on-device; results are not sent to servers.
  • Optional features: If we add optional backup/sync in future, it will be clearly disclosed and opt-in only.

MathKit requests minimal permissions. Any permission requested (for example, to save files or use camera for a scanner feature) will be explicitly asked and justified within the app.

  • Storage: May be used to save user-created notes or exports (explicit opt-in).
  • Camera: Only if you enable a scanning feature โ€” camera access will be optional and local.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. MathKit is designed to be safe for classroom and home use.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information about a child, contact us immediately.

At launch, MathKit is ad-free and contains no third-party SDKs. We may consider ethical monetization in future (paid upgrades), and users will be informed well in advance.

We do not share any personal data with third parties. Any external service used (for example, cloud backup in future) will be opt-in and documented in-app.

This Policy may be updated periodically. We will note the last updated date at the top of this page and inform users via app release notes when changes are material.

If you have any questions or want to request deletion of optional backups (if enabled later), contact us at:
